OBITUARY: 
MARION—Nannie Amanda Garoutte, 74, died Monday at her home here.
Born in Iowa, she came to Marion 24 years ago.
Survivors include widower Huston; sons Huston Jr., West Stayton, and Joseph, Independence; daughters Mrs. Birdeen Yost, Dallas, Mrs. Alma Kelly, Salem, Mrs. Ella Mae Cooper, Marion, Mrs. Nancy Reber, in Germany 21 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; sister Mrs. Paul Kerr, in California; brothers Dewey Clark, Grants Pass, and Gilbert Clark, in California.
Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday in Jefferson Assembly of God Church, Rev. Virgil Conger officiating. Interment will be in Marion Friends Cemetery. Arrangements are under direction of Weddle mortuary, Stayton.
