OBITUARY: MARION—Anna E. Smith, 86, died Thursday in an Albany nursing home.
Born in Hardington, Neb., she came to Oregon in 1948.
Survivors include her widower, Marion L.; daughters, Ella Worley, Boring, and Evelyn Gaylin, Meridian, Idaho; sons, Ralph Gratreak, Beaverton, George E., Wasilla, Alaska, Lysle, Tacoma, Wash., Boyd E., Claude R., and Donald D., all of Boring; a brother, Victor Meyer, Aberdeen, S. Dak; a sister, Ruth Davis, Lemon, S. Dk.; 30 grandchildren, 54 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in Marion Friends Church. Interment will be in Marion Cemetery, under direction of Weddle mortuary, Stayton.
